  • We want you to be completely happy with your designer piece, so if the one you have chosen is not quite right when it arrives, we can offer you an exchange for another piece. We also offer an immediate replacement in the rare event of a piece arriving damaged or faulty. For details, please refer to our Refund Policy page.

• Shipping

  • We wanted to make the experience of shopping with us a seamless and easy one for all of our customers, wherever they may be. Shipping is free for all our jewellery pieces, which are securely packed and shipped via registered post to ensure delivery. The package will need to be signed for upon arrival. Jewellery will be sent through local registered post for Hong Kong orders, and through international registered airmail for overseas. For the promotional book, "Small Shops, Big Hearts", shipping costs vary depending on the quantity of books ordered and the destination country. Full details will be displayed during the check-out process. Books are sent through local post within Hong Kong and though airmail for overseas orders.
