Refund and Shipping Policy
In view of hygiene issues, we only accept returns if the products have serious defects or are wrongly delivered. In the rare event of a piece arriving damaged or faulty, we offer an immediate replacement or refund. If you receive a defective or wrongly delivered item, please contact us at email@example.com within 3 days from the date of order arrival and provide all of the following information to obtain an authorisation for return:
- your name
- order number
- item name of the item to be returned
- desciption of defect of the item
- a picture of the defective item
For your protection, please package the item securely in a padded envelope with the original receipt and packaging, and mail it to us via any insured delivery service. We will refund your postage costs.

All our jewellery pieces are securely packed and shipped via recorded post to ensure delivery and allow for tracking. Jewellery is sent through local recorded post for Hong Kong orders, and through international recorded airmail for overseas.
Hong Kong orders are free of delivery charges. International orders up to the equivalent of HKD600 are charged a flat rate of HKD50. International orders above HKD600 are free of charge.
