Refund and Shipping Policy
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receipt and we will offer an exchange for another piece or a credit note against a future order. Unfortunately, any sale items, customised or made-to-order pieces are excluded and cannot be exchanged. Returned pieces must be received by us within 14 days of the date the exchange is authorised. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We check carefully each piece before it is packed securely and posted to you by registered mail. In rare cases where something may happen in transit, however, and your piece arrives damaged or faulty, please let us know immediately and we will send you a replacement and take care of all additional shipping charges related to the return.
To initiate an exchange, please advise us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide your name and the order confirmation number that you received when you ordered the item. For your protection, please package the item securely in a padded envelope with the original receipt and packaging and mail it to us via any insured delivery service. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

When exchanging for an item of equal or higher value, we will send the new piece to you as soon as your original order has been returned to us and we’ve confirmed it is in good condition. If you have chosen a higher value item then you will be required to place a new order and we will refund your original purchase. No additional shipping costs will be charged for exchanges.
You will be notified by e-mail once your exchange is complete.
We wanted to make the experience of shopping with us a seamless and easy one for all of our customers, wherever they may be. Shipping is free for all our jewellery pieces, which are securely packed and shipped via registered post to ensure delivery. The package will need to be signed for upon arrival.
Jewellery will be sent through local registered post for Hong Kong orders, and through international registered airmail for overseas.
For the promotional book, "Small Shops, Big Hearts", shipping costs vary depending on the quantity of books ordered and the destination country. Full details will be displayed during the check-out process. Books are sent through local post within Hong Kong and though airmail for overseas orders.
